摘 要:对规模12.5 m^3/d的低C/N混合型城市污水处理厂剩余污泥厌氧发酵产酸中试工艺流程及运行参数进行了介绍,分析了运行效果和经济效益。结果表明,中试对剩余污泥减量化程度达44%~50%,日产酸量46.26~61.36 kg,污泥收益为39.76元/t,投资回收期限为3.5年。中试实现了城市污水厂污泥减量化和资源化,有助于强化低C/N进水水质的污水厂脱氮除磷,具有良好的社会经济效益,可供剩余污泥厌氧发酵产酸技术产业化应用发展借鉴。The processing flow and operational parameters of the apparatus were introduced in this work. The operational results and the economic analysis of the system were conducted based on the pilot-scaled sludge anaerobic acid fermentation in the hybrid urban wastewater treatment plant with daily capacity of 12.5 cubic meters at low C/N. The results show that 46.6-61.36 kg of daily acid production, 44%-50% of sludge reduction and 3.5 a of investment payback period were achieved. The sludge reduction and its recycling along with the environmental and economic benefits were preliminary accomplished in the middle-scaled system, which can be greatly promoted in the treatment of poor water quality.
