摘  要:建立了环境因素融入的低碳物流网络优化模型。在此基础上对碳税进行了进一步扩展,设计了按排放量确定不同税率的分段累进税率结构,分别讨论在不同碳税政策情况下带来的减排效应,并提出具有经济效益和环境效益的物流网络模型。利用LINGO对算例进行了求解,并对总物流成本与碳税和碳交易之间的关系进行了探讨。为了验证模型的可行性,进行了数值计算分析,与不分段的优化结果进行比较,研究发现考虑分段累进碳税税率的总成本和碳排放量比不分段的情况下有明显下降,具有了更好的减排效果。This research explored low carbon logistics network optimization model considering environmental factors into traditional logistics network. On the basis of this, the carbon tax model was extended and designed the piecewise progressive tax rate structure with different carbon tax rate according to carbon emissions, and respectively discussed effects of different carbon tax policy on emission reduction. And it used LINGO optimization software for solving this model, provided the relationship between logistics network cost and carbon emission cost, and compared with results of non-segment structure. It conducted a nu- merical analysis to verify the feasibility of the proposed model. The result shows that the total cost and carbon emission considering pieeewise progressive carbon tax significantly lower than non-segment case and have a better effect of carbon reduction.
