摘 要:选择合适的绿色供应商是构建绿色供应链的关键之一。群体专家在对绿色供应商的选择问题进行评估时通常会给出模糊不确定的信息,因此对该类问题的研究具有重要的理论和实际意义。针对模糊环境下绿色供应商的选择问题,提出了一种群体专家权重未知,并且方案的属性权重和属性评价信息都以模糊语言形式给出的多属性群决策方法。利用可能度构造互补判断矩阵,然后基于IOWA算子把专家的个体偏好集结为群体偏好,最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。基于COWA算子的决策方法计算较简单,并且能够反映出决策者的风险偏好程度,适合处理不确定型的决策问题。Choose suitable green suppliers is one of the key to the construction of green supply chain. Group of experts always propose fuzzy and uncertain information in the evaluation of green supplier selection, so the research of this kind of problem has important theoretical and practical significance. For the problem of how to select green supplier under fuzzy environment, this paper proposed a multi-attribute group decision-making method in which rights weight of expert group was unknown, and gave the attribute weights and attribute evaluation information program in the form of vague language. Firstly,it structured a complementary judgment matrix by using possibility degree. Then, it gathered individual experts' preference to group preference based on the IOWA operator. Finally,it verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the method by a numerical example. Calculation to decision-making based on COWA operator is simple, and this method can reflect the degree of risk preference of decision makers, and is also suitable for handling uncertain decision-making problems.
