摘　　要：派驻检察室制度作为全面推进依法治国微观层面的一项重要检察制度,在职能定位、诉讼程序、诉讼关系等方面存在诸多混乱和模糊认识,并进而影响到该制度的理性高效运行。从理论上厘清这些混乱和模糊认识,科学定位派驻检察室的基本诉讼职能,理性建构和理顺该制度运行的诉讼程序、诉讼关系等无疑是保障该制度作用最大化的基本保障,同时也是检察机关法律监督职能全覆盖并藉以维护社会公平正义的重要诉讼着力点。As an important procuratorial system of promoting the rule of law in the micro-level,the grass-rooted prosecutor＇s office system is confused and fuzzy understood in the function localization,judicial proceedings and legal relations,and further affect the rational and efficient operation of the system. To clarify the confusion and fuzzy recognition from theory,scientific orientation to the lawsuit function of the grass-rooted prosecutor＇s office system,and straighten out the system operation procedure of rational construction,the relationship between litigation is undoubtedly the safeguard role to maximize the system＇s basic safeguard,is also a complete coverage of procuratorial organ of legal supervision function and to safeguard social fairness and justice important actions.
