摘  要:以触变成型AZ91D镁合金为对象,研究了坯料保温温度、加热时间和模具预热温度对其摩擦磨损行为的影响。结果表明:触变成型工艺能显著提高材料的耐磨性,其最佳成型工艺参数为:坯料保温温度585℃、加热时间60min、模具预热温度300℃。在较低摩擦载荷下,AZ91D镁合金表面易形成Mg O、Al2O3氧化薄膜,其在连续接触的切应力往复作用下易脱落又生成新的氧化薄膜而产生氧化磨损。随着摩擦载荷的增加,磨屑由片状剥层向棉絮团状转变,且粘着力增加,合金逐渐发生轻微剥层磨损、轻微粘着磨损和严重粘着磨损。The influences of holding temperature, heating time and preheating temperature on friction and wear behavior of thixoformed AZ91 D magnesium alloy were studied. The results show that thixoformed process can significantly improve alloy’s wear resistance. And the optimal forming parameters is holding temperature 585℃, heating time 60 minutes, and preheating temperature 300℃. Under lower load, Mg O and Al2O3 oxide film forms easily on AZ91 D magnesium alloy surface,which falls off and creates a new one under continuous reciprocation of tangential stress, which is called oxidative wear.Simultaneously, wear debris change from lamellar to bulk whose adhesive force is higher with the increase of the test load,and alloy’s wear mechanism gradually transfers from soft delaminative wear to slight adhesive wear even to the extent that severe adhesion.
