摘  要:HRB400热轧带肋钢筋生产时加入较大比率的钒铁和锰铁合金对钢材的成本影响很大。为了降低成本,减少合金用量,利用轧后控冷工艺进行了HRB400钢筋性能的试验研究。结果表明,在合理控制冷却参数后,HRB400钢筋试样的金相组织主要为铁素体和珠光体,未发现贝氏体等硬化组织;这样,可提高钢筋的屈服强度15~30MPa,抗拉强度20~40MPa,而且产品表面质量有所改善。在产品质量满足标准的情况下,试验的HRB400钢筋吨钢成本降低。During the production of HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bar,the influence of adding the large ratio of ferrovanadium and ferromanganese alloy on the costs of the steel is great. In order to reduce costs and reduce the amount of alloy, experimental study on the performance of HRB400 ribbed bars was carried out by using controlled cooling process after rolling. The results show that after reasonably controlling cooling process parameters, the microstructure of HRB400 steel specimens is mainly ferrite and pearlite, and has no hardening microstructure of the bainite. So, the yield strength of ribbed bars can increase by 15-30 MPa, and tensile strength can increase by 20-40 MPa. And the surface quality of the product improves. In the case of the product quality meeting the standard, the production costs of HRB400 hot-rolled ribbed steel bars reduce.
