摘 要:由于焊接机器人的有线遥控器操作界面复杂,控制系统采用的是Windows XP系统,工人操作不方便,实用性不高。针对该问题设计了一套焊接机器人按键控制系统。在机器人本体上安装一套按键系统,并进行了大量焊接试验,验证了该按键控制系统的稳定性和操作的便捷性,为焊接机器人应用于工业焊接做出了贡献。Because the operation interface of wired remote commander in welding robot is complex,and the control system is Windows XP system, the worker cannot use this robot unconveniently,and its practicability is low. Aiming at the issue,a button control system of welding robot was designed.This system was installed in the welding robot body, and a large number of welding tests were carried out. The stability of button control system and the convenience of the operation were verified.This button control system was contributed to using the welding robots in industrial welding.
