摘　　要：采用溶胶-凝胶法一步制备单分散二氧化硅微球,该二氧化硅微球表面富集大量的官能团,提供反应活性位点。具体研究配料比、搅拌速度、电解质浓度对微球粒径的影响。通过加入具有官能团的硅烷从而得到功能性二氧化硅微球,可以用于生物样品分析检测。Monodispersed Si O_2 microspheres were prepared by sol-gel method,and the surface of the microspheres was enriched with functional groups as reactive sites.The effects of specific ingredients,stirring speed and electrolyte concentration on the particle size had been studied.The functional microspheres could be applied for biological analysis and detection was prepared by adding functional saline.
