水性环氧树脂改性水泥砂浆的制备与性能

摘　　要：采用自制水性环氧树脂掺入水泥砂浆中,制备了水性环氧树脂改性水泥砂浆,并对砂浆的力学性能进行了测试。探讨了环氧树脂乳液种类、添加量和养护方式对砂浆力学性能的影响,并对砂浆的抗冻性能进行了测试。实验结果表明:最佳环氧树脂乳液种类为EA体系;环氧树脂乳液的最佳添加量为10%;最佳养护方式为先标准养护7d,后自然养护至28d;环氧树脂乳液的添加有效地提高了砂浆的抗冻耐久性。In this paper,a waterborne epoxy resin mixed with cement mortar to prepare a water- based epoxy resin modified cement mortar,and the mechanical properties of mortar were tested. We discussed the types of epoxy resin emulsion,the amount of epoxy resin emulsion and conservation methods on the mechanical properties of mortar. The frost resistance were tested too. Results showed that： the best kind of epoxy resin emulsion EA system. The optimum dosage of epoxy resin emulsion is 10%. The best way to conserve is standard curing 7d,then the nature conservancy to 28 d. Epoxy resin emulsion effectively improve the durability of mortar antifreeze.
