摘　　要：二氧化锰作为催化剂催化3-甲基吡啶和尿素进行反应生成烟酰胺。反应在高温高压下进行,实验考查并优化了反应温度、反应时间、反应压力等一系列条件,高选择性生成烟酰胺,产率达到90%以上。The article describes that Manganese dioxide is used to synthesis nicotinamide as a raw material in 3- methyl pyridine and urea. 3- methyl pyridine can generate nicotinamide with high selectivity,and the yield is above 90%. The reaction is under high temperature and high pressure,experimental research the reaction temperature,time,pressure,and a series of conditions.
