摘 要:本试验采用体外法研究大豆秸与玉米秸、花生蔓和青贮玉米秸这几种羊常用粗饲料之间的组合效应。将豆秸分别与玉米秸、花生蔓和青贮玉米秸按0∶100、25∶75、50∶50、75∶25和100∶0的比例组合,分析不同比例及组合对产气量、p H、氨态氮浓度、微生物蛋白(MCP)产量、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维降解率(ADF)的影响,并计算出各组合的单项组合效应值和综合组合效应值,进而筛选出适宜的饲料组合及比例。结果表明:豆秸-玉米秸组合的产气量和氨态氮浓度、NDF和ADF降解率显著低于豆秸-花生蔓、豆秸-青贮玉米秸组合(P<0.05),微生物蛋白显著低于豆秸-青贮玉米秸组合(P<0.05)。豆秸-花生蔓组合有最大的NDF和ADF有效降解率,且在25∶75时有最佳的单组合效应值和综合组合效应值。综合各指标可以得出,豆秸-花生蔓为最佳组合,最适比例为25∶75。The experiment was conducted to investigate associative effects of soybean stem with corn stalk,peanut vein and corn silage with in vitro technology.Soybean stems were mixed with corn stovers,peanut vein and corn silage in rations of 0 ∶100,25∶75,50 ∶50,75 ∶25,and 100 ∶0 with 3 replicates,respectively.The associative effects of combinations(soybean stem-corn stover,soybean stem-peanut vein and soybean stem-corn silage) and proportions(0 ∶100,25∶75,50∶50,75∶25 and 100∶0) were assessed by the in vitro technology to monitor gas production(GP),p H value,ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),microbial crude protein(MCP),neutral detergent fiber degradation(NDFD) and acid detergent fiber degradation(ADFD),single-factor associative effects index(SFAEI) and multiple-factors associative effects index(MFAEI).Compared to the combinations of soybean stem-peanut vein and soybean stem-corn silage,the combination of soybean stem-corn stover had the less GP,NH3-N concentration,NDFD and ADFD(all P〈0.05).The combination of soybean stem-peanut vein had the greater NDFD,ADFD and MCP yield.The combination of soybean stem-peanut vein in ratio of 25 ∶75 had greater SFAEI and MFAEI.In conclusion,the combination of soybean stem-peanut vein in ratio of 25∶75 was appropriate.
