摘　　要：王霞芳教授擅长治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病,熟练运用中医辨证分期、分时理论治疗小儿哮喘。将小儿哮喘分为发作期、缓解期、稳定期三期,并对发作期儿童哮喘诊治尤为重视。王教授在长期临床实践中总结经验方"宣肺通络平喘汤",采用宣肺通络平喘法"肺肠同治"疗法,针对个体差异加减用药,治疗发作期儿童支气管哮喘,疗效显著。Professor Wang Xiafang specialized in the treatment of respiratory diseases in children,and skilled in the use of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of time and stage to treat asthma in children. The children with asthma can be divided into three stages,which are the attack period,the remission stage and the stable stage. Professor Wang summarized empirical formula ＂Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan decoction＂in the long-term clinical practice,used modified Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan method ＂lung and intestine ＂ according to the individual difference to treat narcolepsy childhood bronchial asthma,and obtained significantly curative effect.
