四逆散应用于混合痔术后的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察四逆散对于混合痔术后排便困难及肛门疼痛的临床疗效。方法选取40例混合痔术后患者平均随机分成治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组采取口服四逆散治疗,对照组予以麻仁软胶囊及去痛片口服治疗。结果治疗组在促进排便和止痛方面均优于对照组。结论四逆散有效改善混合痔术后患者的生活质量,适合在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sini powder on mixed hemorrhoids for defecation and anal pain. Methods A total of40 cases of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 20 cases and the control group of 20 cases. The treatment group took orally Sini powder. The control group was treated with Maren soft capsule and pain tablets orally. Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in promoting defecation and relieving pain. Conclusion Sini powder can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,and is suitable for clinical application.
