不同压力负压引流在植皮术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同压力负压引流在植皮术中的应用效果。方法在中厚皮片移植术中使用负压引流技术的患者68例,随机分为对照组(32例)和实验组(36例)。实验组使用-75 mm Hg压力,对照组使用-125 mm Hg压力,比较两组的皮片生长情况、患者疼痛情况。结果两组患者的皮片生长情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后第1、3天实验组患者出现疼痛的程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种不同压力负压引流在中厚皮片移植术中对皮片成活无影响;-75 mm Hg压力可减少患者术后早期疼痛。Objective To observe the application of negative pressure drainage with different pressures in skin graft. Methods 68 patients receiving split-thickness skin graft using negative pressure drainage were randomly divided into Control Group（n=32） and Experimental Group（n=36）.-75 mm Hg pressure was used in Experimental Group while-125 mm Hg pressure was used in Control Group. The skin growth and pain was compared between the two groups was observed. ResultsThere was no statistical difference in skin graft growth between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The degree of pain occurred in Experimental Group on postoperative 1st and 3rd day was lower than that in Control Group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The negative pressure drainage with two different pressures has no effect on the survival of skin graft, but-75 mm Hg pressure may reduce postoperative early pain in patients.
