摘　　要：传统中药在我国使用历史悠久,但是其活性成分及作用机制仍然不明确。体内代谢研究在探索药物药效基础,了解药物的代谢途径,以及代谢物毒性评价方面发挥重要作用。但是中药进入体内后含量低,成分更复杂,需要建立灵敏、专属、准确的检测方法。本文通过查阅近年文献,介绍了样本处理、目标物质分离与检测的方法与技术在中药体内代谢研究中的应用。Traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） has been used in china for a long history. But the activity compounds and action mechanism are not clear. The metabolism research of TCM is important for exploring activity compounds,understanding metabolic pathways and evaluating drug safety. The constituents in vivo are complex and in low quantity,and a sensitive,special and accurate method is needed. The method of sample pretreatment as well as separation and detection technology applied in metabolism study of TCM was introduced by referring to literatures published recently.
