直接蓝2B和黑FF的结构修饰及其光学性质研究

摘  要:将偶氮染料直接蓝2B通过重氮化和偶合反应后得到产物HOD-1,将该产物和黑FF分别与不同金属离子进行偶合反应。用分光光度法研究了HOD-1和黑FF在不同p H值下分别与不同金属离子的配合情况。通过分析紫外可见光谱,确定HOD-1与金属配合的适宜p H为7.6,最佳配合离子为铁。黑FF与金属配合的适宜p H为2.2,最佳配合离子为铁。通过染料和金属的配合,成功增加了HOD-1和黑FF的吸收波长范围,扩大了染料在光盘刻录方面的应用范围和前景。A new azo dye HOD-1 was synthesized by direct blue 2B through diazotization and coupling reaction.The product HOD-1 and the black FF were coupled respectively with different metal ions. The coordinations of HOD-1and FF with different metal ions at different p H values were studied by spectrophotometry. Through analysis of UV Vis spectra,the suitable p H for the HOD-1 and metal complexes was determined to 7. 6,and the best fit ion was iron. The optimum p H for the black FF and metal complexes was 2. 2,and the best fit was iron. The absorption wavelength range of HOD-1 and black FF was successfully increased by coordinating of the dye and the metal,and the application range and prospect of the dye in the disc burning was enlarged.
