摘 要:以2,6-二氯苯睛与酚酞啉单体聚合得到可溶性聚芳醚腈PAEN,并通过碱性溶液处理以后得到离子交换树脂PAEN-Na,核磁表征了PAEN的结构。通过热失重分析仪分析显示PAEN耐热性能优异,Td5和Td10均在400℃以上。万能材料试验机测试PAEN的抗拉强度为65.63 MPa,断裂伸长率在10%以上,杨氏模量为1.19 GPa。PAEN在大部分常见溶剂中可溶。PAENNa对重金属离子Hg^(2+)、Cr^(3+)的吸附速率快,90%以上的重金属在15 min内就可以被吸附,再生性能优异。该树脂有望在重金属废水处理领域发挥重要的作用。The soluble poly( arylene ether nitrile)( PAEN) was obtained via polycondensation reaction with 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile and phenolphthalein,and an ion exchange resin( PAEN-Na) was obtained after alkaline solution treatment. Its structure was characterized by1 HNMR. The heat resistance was measured via thermogravimetric analyzer,and TG studies showed that the polymer was stable above 400 ℃ as measured by 5% and 10% weight loss temperatures in nitrogen. PAEN had tensile strength of 65. 63 MPa,elongations at break of 10%,and tensile moduli of 1. 19 GPa tested by universal testing machine. The ion exchange resin was soluble in most common solvents. PAEN-Na had a rapid adsorption rate of Hg(2+),Cr(3+)and could adsorb above 90% of the heave metal ions in 15 min and had high reproducibility at the same time. The resin has good potential for practical application in heavy metal wastewater treatment field.
