摘 要:建立了利用分光光度法测定硫酸卡那霉素的新方法。在pH 4.10的Britton-Robinson(B-R)缓冲溶液中,酸性铬兰K溶液的特征吸收峰出现于525 nm处,随着硫酸卡那霉素的加入,该处的吸收峰强度下降。卡那霉素的浓度在0.08-6.0 mg/L范围内与对应溶液的吸光度差值遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=9.9×10-4L/mol/cm,检测限(3σ)为0.018 mg/L。方法应用于硫酸卡那霉素注射液的测定,结果满意。A determination method for Kanamycin Sulfate by spectrophotometry was studied. In p H 4. 10 Britton Robinson buffer solution,acid chrome blue K had a strong absorbance at 525 nm and the addition of Kanamycin Sulfate into acid chrome blue K solution resulted in the decrease in the absorbance value at 525 nm. The decrease in absorbance value was linear with the concention of Kanamycin Sulfate. Under the optimal conditions,Beer' s law was obeyed in the range of 0. 08 - 6. 0 mg/L,with apparent molar absorptivity of 9. 9 × 10-4 L/mol/cm and the detection limit of 0. 018 mg/L.The method was applied to determine the sodium injection solution with satisfactory results.
