摘  要:在玻碳电极表面滴涂一层N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)分散的石墨烯,制备了石墨烯修饰电极。研究了该修饰电极对肾上腺素(EP)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)和多巴胺(DA)三种儿茶酚胺神经递质的电化学催化性能。发现三种儿茶酚胺神经递质的氧化峰电流均与其浓度在一定的范围内成良好的线性关系。在最优化试验条件下,建立了分别测定三种物质的电化学方法,该方法具有良好的选择性和灵敏度。A graphene modified electrode was prepared by casting a layer of graphene dispersed with N,N-dimethylformamide. The electrochemical behaviors of epinephrine( EP),norepinephrine( NE) and dopamine( DA)were studied on this modified electrode. The results showed that this modified electrode had good eletrocatalytic properties for these three kinds of catechol amines. In a certain concentration range,the oxidative peak currents of these three kinds of catechol amines were linear with their concentrations. Under the optimum conditions,the electrochemical method for determination of three kinds of catechol amines was established,respectively. This method had good selectivity and sensitivity.
