摘 要:由于石油化工企业生产装置的复杂性和生产原料及成品的易燃易爆等特性,导致石化火灾呈现突发性、高危性和频发性等特点。我国的大型油田大部分分布在北方地区,而北方地区一年四季有风的日子不在少数,特别是春季和秋季更是多风。因此,研究大风天油田火灾的特点就显得弥足重要,如何在大风条件下,有效地实施火灾扑救,是我国基层消防部队当前面临的一个重要课题。本文在全面分析大风情况下油田火灾特点的基础上有针对性地提出了此类油田火灾的扑救战术。Due to the complexity and explosion of materials and petrochemical production equipment,petrochemical fire' s characteristics is resulted as happening suddenly and frequent high-risk. Most of China' s large oil fields are located in the northern region,while The northern region has almost windy weather throughout the year especially in the spring and autumn. Therefore,studying the trait of the oil fires in windy days becomes especially important. How to fight fire in windy conditions and the effective implementation of fire fighting is an essential topic of fireman. T fighting tactics against oil fires was put forward based on a comprehensive analysis of windy conditions.
