摘　　要：我国体育产业的发展,促使体育经纪人开始迅速发展,但随之也出现了违法乱纪、法律不规范等方面的问题。采用文献资料、比较和逻辑分析等方法,通过对我国与美国体育经纪人法律的立法进程、法律理念、立法模式、制度内容等方面进行比较,从而提出健全我国体育经纪人法律体系、完善法律制度内容、引用信用评价体系等对策。The development of Chinese sports industry promotes the rapid development of sport agents in China, accompanied by many problems such as violation of law, lack of legal regulation. In this paper, we use the methods of literature, comparative analysis and logical analysis methods to make a comparison of the legal process, legal concept, legislative model, and the content of the law of sports agents between the United States and China, and finally put forward the measures like improving the legal system, completing the content of the law, referring credit evaluation system for sport agent development in China.
