摘　　要：竞技健美操比赛的核心竞争取决于运动员的赛场发挥与表现,而项目制胜不是孤立地进行,与众多非技术因素紧密相关并受其制约。随着世界竞技健美操高水平运动员实力差距不断缩小,竞争愈演愈烈,稳固和提高我国竞技健美操的国际地位迫在眉睫。基于SWOT分析法,全面分析我国竞技健美操项目发展所处的内外部环境因素,结合层次分析法构造各环境要素矩阵,经一致性检验,得出各环境要素所占的权重。力求准确而全面地寻找竞技健美操项目具有的优势、劣势,以及面临的机遇和挑战,以期促进教练员和运动员有效地把握项目竞争发展态势,提升我国竞技健美操整体竞争实力,为备战重大国际比赛提供相应的理论支撑。The core of competitive aerobics competition depends on the performance of athletes, and to win a competition, instead of being isolated, is closely related and subject to many non -technical factors. As the strength gap of world＇s high level athletes is narrowing and competition is becoming intensive, it is imminent to stabilize and improve the international status of Chinese competitive aerobics. This study based on the SWOT analysis method, made a comprehensive analysis of internal and external environment of competitive aerobics development in China, constructed various environmental factor matrix with AHP method and obtained the weight of each environmental factor by consistency test, with a view to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the project in China, promote the coaches and athletes to grasp the project development trend effectively, improve the overall competition strength and provide corresponding theoretical support in preparation for major international games.
