摘  要:采用职务分析问卷法,对从事高校图书馆职业素养服务馆员的胜任特征进行了分层,并由此构建了冰山模型。模型中的动机、态度、行为、认知、技能、管理6个维度是一个动态发展的过程,参考咨询、沟通交流和风险预测是职业素养服务馆员区别于其他馆员的鉴别性特征,对于推动高校图书馆的服务创新和职业素养服务的全面开展具有积极作用。Applying the method of position analysis questionnaire, this article has layers of different characteristics of the qualified university The six dimensions of the librarians' professional service quality, and constructs the iceberg model based on it. model: motivation, attitude, behavior, cognition, skills namically. Besides, the reference consultation, communication and risk prediction and management, all work dy- are regarded as their distinctivefeatures from other librarians. The construction of the iceberg model plays an active role to promote the university library' s service innovation and professional services comprehensively.
