摘 要:在作业施工过程中进行刮蜡工序是较为彻底的清蜡方式,从机采井管理角度,该工序可有效减缓作业后油井结蜡速度,确保油井正常生产;从作业施工角度,该工序延长作业周期及无效躺井时间,增加了作业成本。针对这一问题,提出了一种新型油井刮蜡器设计方案,该装置主要由支臂式刮蜡片、水力回收器及单向承压器构成,可实现下一次管柱同时完成刮蜡及完井两道工序,满足作业施工及生产管理两方面的需求。The better way for cleaning paraffin is paraffin-scraping during the operation process. It can effectively reduce the velocity of paraffin precipitation after operation of artificial lifted oil wells and can ensure the operation of oil well, but it also extends the working cycle and null closed-in time and increases the working cost for operation from downhole operation. In order to solve this contradiction, a new paraffin scraper has been designed, mainly consisted of arm paraffin cutters, a hydraulic withdrawer and a unidirectional pressure bearer. It can realize scraping paraffin and well completion in one treatment and meet the needs of operation and production management.
