摘 要:科学合理的能耗统计计算方法是节能降耗工作的关键。通过对比新颁布的行业标准《石化行业能源消耗统计指标及计算方法炼油》与当前国内炼油能耗计算方法,阐述了2种方法在炼油能耗统计界区、装置能耗统计界区、装置能耗定额及能量系数、辅助系统能耗定额及能量因数、能源折标系数等方面存在的详细区别。针对上述区别,以企业实例说明了其在应用中对能耗统计计算带来的影响,并对行标的贯彻应用提出了补充性建议。A scientific and reasonable energy consumption statistic and calculation method for refinery is the key part in energy-saving & consumption-reducing work. Based on the comparison of the occupation standard and the domestic current method, some specific differences were found, such as energy consumption statistical boundary for refinery, unit' s energy consumption statistical boundary, refinery unit' s fixed comprehensive energy consumption based on feed stocks, refinery unit' s energy factor, auxiliary system' s energy consumption based on feed stocks, auxiliary system' s energy factor and energy coefficient. The example shows that the effects can be brought by using occupation standard. The documents also provide suggestions on the practical application of the occupation standard.
