摘  要:步进电机驱动螺杆运行过程中,其在实时性、频繁启停、快速响应等方面的动态运行性能是螺杆分装机PLC控制系统可靠稳定工作的重要前提。在介绍PLC控制步进电机驱动螺杆分装系统基础上,从步进电机矩频特性、升降速曲线入手,分析了螺杆分装时运行速度控制、步进电机最佳起动频率和最高运行频率对螺杆运行特性和计量精度的影响,给出了螺杆分装运行控制流程。In the running process of a stepping motor driven screw, the dynamic operating performance in real-time, the frequent starts and stops, quick response and other aspects are important prerequisites for the reliable and stable operation of the PLC control system in a screw filling machine. In this paper, a PLC control stepping motor driven screw split charging system is presented as a basis. Then starting from stepper motor torque-frequency characteristic and rise and fall speed-curve, the effects of running speed control during screw split charging, best starting frequency of a stepping motor and the maximum operating frequency on the screw operating characteristic and measurement accuracy were analyzed. And the screw split charging running control processes were given.
