摘 要:目的探讨腰椎正侧位和过伸过屈位在椎体不稳的诊断与测量方法。方法对58例椎体失稳的棘突偏离度、矢状位移、角度位移进行测量。结果腰椎正位测量棘突偏移度大于3 mm者33例。椎体矢状位移大于3 mm,侧位23例,过伸位46例,过屈位48例。角度位移大于15°,侧位21例,过伸位38例,过屈位27例。结论腰椎正侧位和过伸过屈位棘突偏移度、矢状位移和角度位移的测量与临床症状相结合对诊断椎体不稳有一定作用。Objective To study X-ray diagnosis and measurement method of lumbar instability by conventional lumbar spine radiographs and flexion-extension position of lumbar vertebra. Methods The datas of spike deviation,sagittal displacement and angular displacement were measured and analysed in 58 patients of lumbar instability. Results It was 33 cases whose spike deviation was more than 3 mm by positive position of lumbar spine. The sagittal displacement of the vertebral body was more than 3 mm, the lateral position was 23 cases; the hyperextension position was 46 cases; the over flexion position was 48 cases. The angular displacement was more than 15 degrees, and the lateral position was 21 cases, the hyperextension position was 38 cases, the over flexion position was 27 cases. Conclusion The measurement of spike deviation, sagittal displacement and angular displacement which was combined with the clinical symptoms plays an mportant role in the diagnosis of lumbar instability by conventional lumbar spine radiograph and flexionextension position of lumbar vertebra.
