品管圈活动在降低动静脉内瘘失功率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在降低动静脉内瘘失功率中的应用。方法成立生命圈,通过现况调查、分析原因、设定目标、制定并实施对策、效果确认等程序开展品管圈活动,对活动前和活动后首次动静脉内瘘术的患者1年之内动静脉内瘘失功率进行调查。应用SPSS11.0,所获数据采用x^2检验。结果动静脉内瘘失功率由活动前的13.89%降至活动后的5.0%,两组比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异。团队凝聚力、责任心、解决问题能力、和谐度、沟通协调、品管手法、自信心、积极性8个方面得到显著提高。结论品管圈活动不仅降低了动静脉内瘘失功率、还提高了圈员的团队精神和解决问题能力。Objective To study the quality control circle in reducing the loss of power, the application of arteriovenous internal fistula. Methods Establishment of life circle, through survey, analysis, set goals, develop and implement countermeasures and effect confirmed program to carry out quality management circle activity, the activity before and after the first arteriovenous internal fistula in patients within 1 year of arteriovenous fistula in loss of power to investigate.Using SPSS11.0, data obtained by chi-square test. Results Arteriovenous fistula in before the loss of power by the activity after 13.89% down to 5.0%, compared two groups, P〈0.05, there is significant difference. Team cohesion, responsibility, problem solving ability, degree of harmony, communication and coordination, quality management technique, selfconfidence, enthusiasm eight aspects are improved significantly. Conclusion The quality control circle activities not only reduces the arteriovenous fistula in loss of power, also raised the ring member of team spirit and ability to solve the problem.
