舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在老年人内镜逆行胰胆管造影中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在老年人内镜下逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）中的应用效果。方法：选取96例接受ERCP的老年患者,将其随机分为观察组（S组,46例）和对照组（P组,50例）。两组均以丙泊酚1-2mg/kg静脉诱导,注药时间大于2 min,S组诱导时舒芬太尼0.1-2μg/kg微量泵泵入,诱导后持续泵入丙泊酚维持,两组均在睫毛反射消失后开始操作,术中患者有肢体抖动时静脉注射丙泊酚。结果：两组效果优良率均为100%,丙泊酚用量S组少于P组（P〈0.01）,苏醒时间S组短于P组（P〈0.01）。结论：舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚在老年人ERCP中麻醉效果好,丙泊酚用量少,不良反应小,苏醒时间短。Objective： To analyze and discuss the anesthesia effect of application of sufentanil combine with propofol intravenous anesthesia in elderly endoscopic retrograde cholangiopanereatography（ ERCP）. Methods： All 96 cases of ERCP in older patients were randomly divided into observation group（ S group,46 cases） and control group（ P group,50 cases）. Patients in two group were intravenous induced by propofol 1 - 2 mg / kg,injection time was more than 2 min. Patients in S group were induced sufentanil 0. 1 - 2 μg / kg though micro pump,after inducement were maintain by propofol. Two group starts operating when eyelash reflex disappeared. Intranperative patients with limb shaking were intravenous injected propofol. Results： The acceptance rate was 100%. The dosage of propofol in S group was litter than P group（ P〈0. 01）. The recovery time od S group is shorter than P group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The effect of sufentanil combine with propofol intravenous anesthesia in elderly endoscopic retrograde cholangiopanereatography is better. The dosage of propofol is litter,untoward effect is litter,the recovery time is shorter.
