摘　　要：ZPG-72圆盘式真空过滤机应用于鞍钢齐大山选矿厂铁精矿选矿的最后一道工序，作用是将矿浆脱水后生成铁精矿粉。根据设备运转存在的问题及现场生产条件，对过滤机局部结构进行了改进。使过滤机运行更加稳定，单机效率得到大幅度提高。The ZPG-72 disc vacuum filter is applied at last process in Angang Qidashan Ore Dressing Plant. It is used for producing iron concentrate powder after pulp dehydrating. According to the existing problems and site production condition during running, make a modification on the partial structure of the filter in order to get a more stable filter and greatly improved efficiency.
