摘 要:在全球能源危机日益严重的背景下,财政部和教育部联合在全国高校范围内推动建设节约型校园,节约能源成为校园建设的重中之重.应用能耗监测平台,为节能改造提供客观依据,通过对监测所得的巨量数据的深度挖掘和横向纵向对比,真正发现能耗问题,提出最优化改造方案.本文发现既有建筑能耗的管理漏洞和能耗漏洞,以及建筑内的不合理耗能,以巨量数据为依据提供最佳性价比的节能改造方案,并通过专业人士评价诊断提出具体节能改造方案,彻底根除建筑不合理能耗漏洞,真正做到节能又经济,并能将新技术合理运用到未来建筑上.In the context of the global economic crisis and the energy crisis,the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Education jointly in the construction of a conservation- oriented colleges and universities nationwide campus,energy conservation has become a major topic of campus construction. Application of energy consumption monitoring platform,providing an objective basis for energy saving through the depth of data mining and lateral longitudinal comparison,can really find the energy problem, and optimize rehabilitation programs presented through a variety of tests. Find loopholes in the existing building energy management and energy vulnerability,found unreasonable energy use within the building to provide the best cost- effective energy- saving programs to the data as the basis,and to make specific diagnosis rehabilitation programs by professionals,the complete eradication of construction costs energy vulnerability,truly energy and money section, and can be applied to new technologies on the future of the building.
