摘　　要：本文从系统的角度分析了准入退出机制的概念及构成——准入机制、退出机制、约束机制.在构建保障性住房准入退出机制构成框架的基础上,分析了各构成机制之间的关系,找到了准入退出机制与构成元素(主体、客体、规则等)之间的联系,并且提出了准入退出机制的运行保障:法律法规制度和信息共享.This paper elaborates the implication of entrance and exit mechanism of affordable housing,analyzes its composition,including entrance mechanism,exit mechanism and restriction mechanism. Analyzing the relationships of mechanisms in the base of building the framework of entrance and exit mechanism,and finding out the connection between entrance and exit mechanism and its component element,including subject,object and regulation. Propounding the operating guarantee of entrance and exit mechanism of affordable housing,including the regime of laws and regulations,and information sharing.
