间苯三酚治疗泌尿外科全身麻醉术后留置导尿相关膀胱不适的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察间苯三酚在治疗泌尿外科全身麻醉术后留置导尿相关膀胱不适（CRBD）中的效果。方法选取行泌尿外科全身麻醉手术且术中留置导尿的男性患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者按1∶1比例纳入间苯三酚组或对照组,间苯三酚组在手术结束时将间苯三酚针80 mg溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液20 ml静脉推注,对照组在手术结束时静脉推注0.9%氯化钠注射液20 ml。观察两组患者于术后即刻、0.5 h、1 h和2 h的CRBD的发生率和严重程度,以及有无恶心、呕吐、头痛等并发症发生。结果间苯三酚组在术后即刻、0.5 h、1 h和2 h的CRBD发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（χ^2分别=4.45、3.91、4.50、5.66,P均〈0.05）。间苯三酚组在术后即刻、0.5 h、1 h和2 h的严重程度均明显好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（χ^2分别=17.84、17.50、15.94、14.07,P均〈0.05）。术后间苯三酚组和对照组术后复苏程序、恶心呕吐、头痛等不良情况差异无统计学差异（χ^2分别=0.67、0.73、0.66,P均〉0.05）。结论间苯三酚对减少CRBD发生率,减轻CRBD严重程度有良好治疗作用,且对患者无明显不良影响。Objective To evaluated the efficacy of phloroglucinol on catheter-related bladder discomfort（CRBD） in patients underwent urologic general anesthesia operation. Methods The patients that received urologic operations which needed general anesthesia and catheterization were enrolled and randomly assigned to phloroglucinol group and control group by 1∶1. The phloroglucinol group was received 80 mg of phloroglucinol and 20 ml saline intravenously after operation immediately, and the control group was received 20 ml saline intravenously after operation immediately. The incidence and severity of CRBD, and adverse effects such as nausea, vomit and headache at immediately after surgery, half an hour, 1hour and 2 hours after operation were observed. Results The incidence of CRBD were significantly lower than control group at 0 h, 0.5 h, 1 h and 2 h after operation（χ~2=4.45,3.91,4.50,5.66, P〈0.05）. The severity of CRBD were significantly better than control group at 0 h, 0.5 h, 1 h and 2 h after operation（χ~2=17.84,17.50,15.94,14.07, P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences of adverse effects including sleepiness, nausea, vomit and headache between two groups（χ~2=0.67, 0.73, 0.66, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Phloroglucinol has good effect on reducing the incidence and severity of CRBD, and it is safety.
