摘  要:本文论述了高钡合金的生产工艺条件以及关键控制点,通过原料配比的优化和合理控制电极工作端长度,解决了冶炼过程中Si、Ba元素的还原机理问题,确保了冶炼过程中Ba元素的还原,也解决了原料"配碳量偏高"的工艺矛盾问题,最终实现了各项指标的持续优化和稳定。The process conditions and critical control points of high barium alloy production were discussed. Through opti- mization of batch ratio of the raw materials and reasonable control of terminal length of the working electrode, the problem of the reduction mechanism of Si, Ba elements in the smelting process was solved to ensure Ba reduction in the smelting process, at the same time solve the problem of overdue carbon content in the raw material was solved, and finally the sus- tained optimization and stability indicators were realized.
