摘 要:针对腾庆选煤厂精煤损失多、质量不稳定的问题,根据生产系统实际处理能力,结合现场观察和对入选原煤及洗选产品的煤质分析,制定了将〉25 mm粒级块原煤与25-13 mm粒级中煤分别破碎解离到〈13 mm,然后对中煤进行再次分选的工艺优化方案。分选工艺优化后,预计精煤产率可提高3.27个百分点,精煤产量可增加5 890 t/a,每年销售收入可增加200多万元,经济效益非常可观。Tengqing Coal Washery is facing the trouble of having a high loss and inconsistency of clean coal product. Based on the actual capacity of the existing washing system and the results of fact-finding site investigation,and analysis of properties of raw coal feed and cleaned products,an optimized washing scheme is developed. This involves first crushing of the 〉25 mm coarse raw coal and the 25-13 mm middlings respectively down to a size of 〈13 mm for liberation of the intergrown constituents and then rewashing of the crashed middlings. After optimization of the washing process,the yield and output of clean coal are expected to rise respectively by 3. 27 percentage points and 5 890 t / a,an additional annual sales income of over 2 million yuan can be gained,bringing forth a favorable economic benefit for the plant.
