规范化护理干预对癌痛患者心理与生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨规范化癌痛护理干预对癌痛患者心理与生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院2013年10月~2015年4月收治的400例符合研究标准的癌痛患者为研究对象,将患者随机等分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规的止痛及护理方案;观察组患者在常规的止痛及护理方案基础上给予规范化癌痛护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑、抑郁评分、生活质量的改善情况。结果：观察组患者生活质量的改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）,焦虑与抑郁评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：采用规范化癌痛护理干预可有效缓解癌痛患者的躯体疼痛程度,减轻其不良心理因素,提高患者生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of standardized nursing intervention onpsychology and life quality of patients who had cancer pain. Methods：Selected 400 patients as study objects,who had cancer pain and met the study criteria acceptedby our hospital from October 2013 to Apri 2015,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group were treated with conventional pain relief and care programs,while observation group were treated with standardized nursing intervention in routine pain and pain care program basis. Anxiety depression scores,quality of life,were compared before and after intervention. Results： and the quality of life of the observation group were better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）,anxiety and depression score were lower than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The standardized nursing intervention can relieve pain in cancer patients with body pain,reduce the adverse psychological factors,To improve the quality of life of patients with high clinical value,worthy of promotion.
