摘  要:柽柳是公认的盐生木本植物之一,松柏柽柳新品种的选育成功为重盐碱地区的城乡绿化、美化带来了希望.本文通过水培试验,在9个盐胁迫梯度下对比分析了松柏柽柳与甘蒙柽柳的耐盐力表现.结果表明:柽柳的发芽和生根能力均随着盐度增加而下降,且不同种和品种之间具有显著差异;与甘蒙柽柳相比,松柏柽柳发芽早、生根晚、发枝数量较多但生根状况不及甘蒙;在Na Cl盐胁迫条件下,松柏与甘蒙柽柳的耐盐极限分别为16 g/L和22 g/L.该研究为松柏柽柳新品种的引种和推广应用提供了科学依据.Tamarix chinensis is one of the acknowledged woody halophyte,and the success of the conifer tamarisk new variety development shall bring new hope to the greening and landscaping of heavy saline-alkali area. To compare the salt resistance of Conifer tamarisk and Tamarix austromongolica Nakai to nine different salt stress levels,this paper conducted a study with hydroponic experiment. The results showed that as the salinity increasing,both the germinating ability and rooting ability of Tamarix chinensis gradually decreased,and there were significant differences of the abilities among different species and varieties. Compared with Tamarix austromongolica Nakai,Conifer tamarisk sprouted early,rooted late and branched more,but the rooting situation of Tamarix austromongolica Nakai was better. Under the Na Cl salt stress,the upmost salt resistance of Conifer tamarisk and Tamarix austromongolica Nakai was 16 g/L and 22 g/L respectively. This study provided a theoretical basis for the introduction and widely application of Conifer tamarisk new varieties.
