摘 要:运用三维非线性动力有限元分析程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA对柱状装药3种起爆方式下的爆轰过程和岩石中的应力波传播特征进行模拟。分析不同起爆方式下岩石中应力波的叠加和传播过程,对比岩石的应力状态、应力水平和振动响应。分析结果表明:不同起爆方式下岩石中应力波的传播方向、大小不同,引起的振动响应也不同;反向起爆时岩石自由面的拉应力和振动速度峰值较正向起爆时大;反向起爆时孔底近区的应力水平较正向起爆和双向起爆时大。综合考虑岩石的应力和振动响应,可得反向起爆的爆破效果较正向起爆和双向起爆好。The nonlinear dynamic finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA 3D was used to establish a numerical model to analyze the explosion transmission of cylindrical charged explosives and the propagation characteristics of induced waves in rock mass when the explosives was initiated with three different modes. The superposition and propagation process of stress wave in rock were studied in the three aspects of stress state,stress level and vibration response. Results show that different firing scheme caused different propagation directions and amplitudes of stress wave,thus the vibration response of rock was various consequently. The tensile stress and the PPV at the free surface in indirect initiation were greater than that in direct initiation. Compared with direct initiation and bi-directional initiation,the stress caused by indirect initiation was greater. Considering the stress and vibration response of rock,indirect initiation was superior to the direct initiation and bi-directional initiation.
