从气血论治膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察气血论治膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 32例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,依据气血论治思想给予中药汤剂内服及手法治疗,疗程2周,观察膝关节疼痛、压痛和肿胀转变情况。结果显效13例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率达93.75%。结论气血论治是一种辨证论治的思想,不是固定的一方一药,是"授人以渔",从气血论治思想诊疗膝关节骨性关节炎可取得满意疗效。Objective To observe clinical effect of qi and blood in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 32 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were given Chinese medicine decoction and manipulation according to qi and blood thought. The course of treatment was two weeks.The knee joint pain,tenderness and swelling changes were observed. Results 13 cases were improved,17 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 93. 75%. Conclusion The qi and blood treatment is an effective method of treating knee osteoarthritis.
