摘 要:以工厂化生产刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii)菌渣(SP)、真姬菇(Hypsizygus marmoreus)菌渣(SH)和双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)菌渣(SA)替代部分废棉(CW)栽培草菇(Volvariella volvacea)9715菌株,结果与对照培养料(97CW+3%石灰)相比,用60%的SP和SA分别替代CW可使草菇生产周期缩短1.6d、产量分别提高15%和17%;30%的SP和SA分别替代CW生产周期与对照没有显著差异,产量皆提高7%;30%的SH替代CW进行草菇栽培时生产周期与产量和对照基本相同。Different concentrations(30%,60% and 97% w/w)of spent mushroom substrate remaining after the cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii(SP),Hypsizygus marmoreus(SH)and Agaricus bisporus(SA)were substituted for cotton waste(CW)to cultivate Volvariella volvacea,strain 9715.When 60% SP or 60% SA replaced CW,the cultivation period was shortened by 1.6days and fruit body yields were increased by 15%and 17%,respectively compared to controls(97% CW + 3% lime).When 30% SP or 30% SA replaced CW,fruit body yields were increased by 7% but the length of the cultivation period was unchanged.Yields and cultivation periods were similar to controls when 30% SH replaced CW but were adversely affected by higher substitution levels.
