摘　　要：谏议制度在中国古代政治文明中具有独特的地位,是我国古代政治制度运行中的重要一环。晁中辰主编的《中国谏议制度史》一书作为对该制度研究的通史性著作,具有开创性的意义。全书把中国古代谏议制度的演变历程划分为四个阶段,详细论述了该制度的发展演变,是对谏议制度史的系统性总结。书中还对古代谏议制度的作用和局限进行了全面的分析和概括,厘清了一些观念上的误区,深化了对谏议制度的认识。Giving advice system（谏议制度） has a unique position in the history of Chinese traditional politics civilization,it is the political system in ancient China in the operation of the necessary part. Giving Advice System History of China（《中国谏议制度史》） edited by Chao Zhongchen as the study on the system of general history works,has its own creative value. The book of giving advice system evolution process is divided into four stages;the evolution of the system is discussed in detail. This book is a systematic summary about giving advice system history of China. The book also the role and limitations of giving advice system were analyzed and summarized comprehensively,clarifies some conceptual misunderstandings,deepen the understanding of giving advice system.
