青岛市提高城乡居民收入的对策研究

摘　　要：十二五期间青岛市城乡居民收入快速增长,但仍存在收入结构不合理、收入差距扩大、收入增长与经济增长不协调等问题,十三五期间要进一步提高城乡居民收入必须选择正确路径,采取多方举措:以创业带动居民就业、增收,努力加快农民增收步伐,缩小城乡收入差距,努力扩大中等收入群体,逐步构建"橄榄型"社会结构,完善社会保障体系建设。In Qingdao,the income of the urban and rural residents has grown rapidly during the 12 th fiveyear-plan period.But still there are such problems as the unreasonable income structure,the expanding income gap,and the lack of coordination between the economic growth and income growth.During the 13 th five-year-plan period,in order to increase the income of the rban and rural residents,the right path and various measures should be taken.Through starting a business,the residents＇ income could be improved,the speed of income growth could be accelerated,and the gap between the urban and rural income could be narrowed.The moderate-income group should be expanded to establish an olive-shaped social structure and perfect the construction of the social security system.
