摘 要:为提高多电平有源滤波器(APF)开关器件的模块化程度和灵活性,本文研究了一种基于MMC变换器的有源滤波器装置。首先介绍了MMC数学模型,其次分析了基于谐波电流的无差拍控制策略,该控制策略通过i_p-i_q法来检测出谐波电流,对谐波电流进行无差拍控制得到APF输出电压的参考值,同时,为平衡MMC子模块电容电压,采用了基于电容电压排序的均压控制方法。最后,通过Matlab/simulink搭建了仿真模型,仿真结果验证了控制器的有效性和可行性。In this paper, a kind of active power filter based on MMC is studied with purpose of improving modularity and flexibility of multi-level active filter ( APF ) switching device. Firstly, MMC mathematical model of MMC is introduced, then, deadbeat control strategy based on harmonic current is analyzed, by which harmonic current is detected by way of ip-iq method,the reference value of output voltage is obtained by way of dead beat control of the harmonic current and, at the same time, the grading control method is used based on capacitive voltage sorting in order to balance the capacitive voltage of MMC sub module. Finally, simulation model is set up by way of Matlab/Simulink and the efficiency and feasibility of the controller is verified by the simulation result.
