摘 要:低压配电网三相负荷不平衡使线损增大并带来末端"低电压",因此治理三相负荷不平衡具有很重要的实际意义。本文开展了低压配电网台区负荷不平衡控制技术的研究。首先介绍了智能选相开关的工作原理及关键技术,其次,基于智能选相开关,进行了配电网台区负荷不平衡控制策略的研究。最后,研制了380 V的实际工程样机。试验证明,本技术可以解决低压配网台区三相负荷不平衡治理问题,具有成本低、可靠性高的优势,适于推广应用。The loss of line is increased and end terminal low voltage due to three-phase unbalance of low voltage distribution network. Therefore,control of unbalance of three-phase has very important and practical significance. In this paper, the study of load unbalance control technology at area of low voltage distribution network is developed. Firstly, the operating principle and key technology of intelligent phase selection switch is introduced. Then, the study of load unbalance control strategy at area of low voltage network based on intelligent phase election switch is performed. Finally,the actual 380 V sample is developed. It is proved by the test that this technology can solve the problem to control three-phase load unbalance at area of low voltage network, and has such advantage as low cost and high reliability and is suitable for the promotion and application.
