摘 要:交联聚乙烯被广泛用于电工绝缘材料领域,研究其热老化过程中的电性能对于评估电缆等电气设备的使用寿命具有非常重要的实际意义。文章将交联聚乙烯放在150℃的条件下进行加速热老化,研究在老化过程中交联聚乙烯的击穿和介电性能。结果表明:交联聚乙烯在老化过程中击穿场强、体积电阻率都随老化时间的延长而降低;极化指数、介质损耗和相对介电常数都随老化时间的增加有较大的升高。XLPE was widely used in the field of electrical insulation materials, the research of the electrical performance of XLPE in the heat aging process was known as a very important practical significance for assessing cables and other electrical equipment service life. XLPE was accelerated thermal aging under 150 ℃ ,breakdown and dielectric properties of XLPE were studied in the aging process. The results showed that the breakdown field strength and the volume resistivity of XLPE were reduced with aging time increase. The polarization index, dielectric loss and relative dielectric constant of XLPE were great increased with aging time increase.
