摘 要:采用硅烷接枝交联两步法制备聚烯烃软管材料,并对材料的交联度、力学性能、耐热性、硬度等进行表征。观察POE量对材料性能的影响,对比2种交联软管材料LDPE-POE和LLDPE-POE的性能。结果表明:当添加20%POE时,材料的力学性能、耐热性最佳,柔软度适中,材料的交联度为62.87%,拉伸强度为12.71 MPa,热变形温度为34.7℃,邵氏硬度(HD)为56;得到交联LDPE-POE软管材料的力学性能、耐热性较佳,适用于制备热水软管材料。The polyolefln hose material was prepared by the method of silane grafting and crosslinking in two-step, and the degree of crosslinking, mechanical properties, heat resistance, and hardness were characterized. The effects of POE content on material properties were investigated in detail, and then the performance of crosslinking LDPE-POE and LLDPE- POE were compared with each other. The 20% POE content was the optimum formula,affording the material with the highest degree of crosslinking(62.87% ), the best mechanical properties (tensile strength was 12.71 MPa), the best heat resistance ( heat distortion temperature was 34.7 ℃ ) , and the medium softness (the Shore hardness was 56). With better mechanical and heat resistance properties, the crosslinking LDPE-POE could be used for the hose material.
