摘  要:以聚丙烯(PP)为基体树脂,BaSO4为无机填料,铝酸酯为偶联剂,通过共混法制备了硫酸钡填充聚丙烯静音复合母料,研究了不同添加量(质量分数)的BaSO4、铝酸酯对静音母料的密度、拉伸强度、冲击强度、熔体流动速率、维卡软化温度的影响,同时也对比了2种交联助剂、内外润滑剂对静音母料的影响效果。结果表明:当硫酸钡的添加量为70%~75%时,静音母料的密度达到了行业标准的要求,并且静音母料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、熔体流动速率、维卡软化温度都比纯树脂聚丙烯(PP)有所提高。偶联剂、交联助剂、内外润滑剂都有助于提高静音母料的综合性能。Taking polypropylene(PP) as the matrix resin, BaSO4 as inorganic filler, aluminum acetate as a coupling agent,the mute composite was prepared by blending with barium sulfate. The effect of different content BaSO4 and aluminum acetate on properties about density, tensile strength, impact strength, melt index, softening temperature of mute composite were studied, and compared with two cross-linking aid,internal and external lubricants. The results showed that when the content of barium sulfate was 70% to 75%, the density of mute composite achieved the industry standards. And the tensile strength, impact strength,meh index artd vicat softening temperature were improved. Coupling agents, crosslinking agents, internal and external lubricants would help improve overall performance composite muted.
