摘  要:将NPCC与PBAT熔融共混制备复合材料,并使用超临界CO_2间歇发泡法制备发泡材料。并对复合材料的结晶行为、流变性能、力学性能和发泡行为进行研究。结果表明:活性NPCC会提高PBAT的结晶温度和结晶度;PBAT复合体系的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率也在特定NPCC含量下出现上升趋势;同时,随着活性NPCC含量的增加,PBAT的熔体弹性和可发性线性提高。PBAT/NPCC复合材料泡沫的泡孔密度和发泡倍率也随着NPCC含量的增加而出现上升趋势,PBAT/NPCC泡沫的泡孔形态显著改善。Poly(butyleneadipate-eo-terephthalate) (PBAT)/ealcium carbonate (NPCC) composite had been prepared; and the PBAT/NPCC foams had also been produced by using supercritical CO2 as blowing agent. The crystallization behavior, rheological property, mechanical property and cellular behavior of PBAT/NPCC composite had been characterized. The results showed that the crystallinity and crystallization temperature of PBAT had been increased with inducing of NPCC. And the tensile strength and elongation ratio of PBAT had also been enhanced within a proper NPCC content. Besides,the melt elasticity of PBAT had been improved by adding of NPCC. Therefore, the cellular structure of PBAT/NPCC composite foams had been improved. The cell density and foaming expansion ratio of PBAT had been increased with the increasing NPCC content.
