浙江省全科医生签约服务现状及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解浙江省全科医生签约服务的现状,分析影响居民签约全科医生的因素。方法:随机抽取全省11个地市30个社区的720户作为研究对象,采用问卷调查及调研相结合的方法采集样本数据,用SPSS20.0卡方检验筛选单因素,以二分类Logistic回归筛选独立影响因子,以构成比或率分析全科医生素质与服务的相关问卷选项。结果:有效问卷708户,签约率较低(20.3%),未签约的主要因素是居民不了解全科医生服务。结论:有关部门和社区卫生服务中心应加强对全科医生签约服务的宣传力度,提高社区医疗卫生服务中心的管理水平和服务质量,提升社区居民对全科医生签约服务的了解度及其对全科医生的信任度。[Objective]To understand the status quo of the contracted services of general practitioners in Zhejiang province and to analyze the factors influencing the residents＇ signing of general practitioner.[Method]11 cities 30 community of 720 families in Zhejiang province were randomly selected. Questionnaire was carried out. Chi square test was used to screen single factor with statistical software SPSS 20.0 and theindependent influence factor was screen binary logistic regression analysis. In the subsequent analysis,we mainly analyzed the option of frequency distribution,according to the actual data analysis.[Result]There were 708 valid questionnaires. Signing rate is low（ 20.3%）. The main factor of unsigned isthat residents do not understand the general practitioner service.[Conclusion]The contract rate is not high. We should focus on strengthening the publicity efforts of the general practitioner contract services and increase community residents＇ understanding to the general practitioner.
