加强战区车辆装备保障建设的思考

摘　　要：为加强战区车辆装备保障体系建设,采用系统分析的方法,从车辆装备保障建设、运用及训练3个方面提出了加强车辆装备保障建设的思考:基于战区"平时、急时和战时"车辆装备保障能力要求,在车辆装备战场体系建设、军民联保机制和保障业务能力上实现突破;转变车辆装备保障模式,在车辆装备保障力量运用、信息掌控和维修保障上实现精确管控;通过车辆装备专业基础统筹分训打牢车辆装备保障人员的基本技能,通过车辆装备保障系统集成训练提升车辆装备保障系统的整体保障能力,通过车辆装备保障实战化训练形成车辆装备保障体系的实战化保障能力。In order to strengthen the construction of theater vehicle equipment support system,the paper proposes the following reflections from vehicle equipment support construction,application and training with system analysis method： we should achieve breakthrough in vehicle equipment battlefield system construction,civil-military coinsurance mechanism and guarantee ability according to the requirements of vehicle equipment support in peacetime,emergency time and wartime; we should change vehicle equipment support modes and control vehicle equipment support force application,information management and maintenance support; we should also ground vehicle equipment support personnel＇s basic skill through specialized basic integrated and separated training,promote support capability through integrated training,and form combatoriented support ability through combat-oriented training.
